Netafim is seeking a skilled purchasing and SAP administrator to manage SAP MM and PUR data, analyze stock levels, and coordinate supplier activities. The role liaises with France and international partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery performance.

You will oversee purchasing processes, monitor delivery times, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while supporting cross-functional teams in Meyreuil, France.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Fluent French and high-level English required.
• Proficient in SAP MM and PUR modules, with advanced Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of international trade and supplier management.

Responsabilités

• Managing and maintaining the SAP database.
• Carrying out regular stock analyses in SAP.
• Managing a supplier portfolio.
• Purchasing: creating and tracking orders, validating prices, lead times, etc.
• Managing deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will liaise, both in France and abroad, with our internal departments, our factories, our suppliers and our transporters.

Requirements

• Fluent French
• High-level professional English (the candidate will be communicating in English throughout the day, both internally and externally)
• SAP (MM and PUR modules)
• Excel (advanced level)
• Knowledge of international trade, its flows and practices
• Customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with a systematic approach.
• Focused, able to make quick decisions, proactive and able to work independently.
• Agile, adaptable, responsive, flexible working days and hours.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required.

General informations

• Working hours: 8.30 am-12 am, 1.30 pm-5.15 pm Monday to Thursday; 8.30 am-12 am, 1.30 pm-5 pm on Fridays
• Start date: between 16 November 2026 and 7 December 2026
• Remote working possible

We will be closed for one week over Christmas from 24 December to 3 January inclusive (to be taken as annual leave or authorised unpaid leave).

The job is based in Meyreuil (13590), France, near Gardanne.
