Danone in France is offering a six-month internship starting January 2027 at its Rueil-Malmaison headquarters. You will contribute to a Europe-wide digital tool project, support deployment of a key Customer Service platform, and work on AI-driven features while driving adoption and KPI tracking.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison, at our headquarters starting from January 2027. Emilie, EU Customer Collaboration Manager in the European Customer Service Team will guide tour through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Contribute to a high-impact digital tool project across Europe

  • Support the deploymentof a key Customer Service platform in multiple European countries and discover how large-scale international projects are delivered

  • Work on enhancing existing tool capabilities with AI-driven features and gain hands‑on experience with emerging technologies

  • Improve performance tracking dashboards and KPI monitoring tools to help measure adoption, customer impact, and business value creation.

  • Help drive the successful adoption of new solutions by tracking key metrics, updating e‑learning materials, supporting interactive training sessions, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Create engaging communication materials and help animate a dynamic CRM Community across Europe, connecting users and sharing best practices.

• Drive customer excellence across Europe

  • Consolidate and analyze performance indicators and service levels for key customers across multiple European countries

  • Support the launch, coordination, and monitoring of collaboration and productivity initiatives across Europe, ensuring projects deliver measurable value and tangible business impact.

• Animate the European Customer Service Community

  • Play a key role in organizing our biannual European Customer Service meeting, bringing together representatives from 11 countries to collaborate, learn, and share best practices.

  • Prepare engaging presentations, coordinate virtual community meetings, and help ensure that important updates, successes, and innovative ideas are shared across the region.

This mission will boost your coordination, influencing and technical skills in a multicultural, cross-functional environment (Supply Chain, Sales, IT…).

You will gain first‑hand exposure to the daily challenges and priorities of local teams while strengthening your analytical mindset and customer relationship skills in a multicultural environment.

You will strengthen your communication, project management, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement capabilities while working with diverse teams across Europe.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months

• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, engineering school or business school

• Organized, autonomous, and equipped with strong analytical skills

• Comfortable with oral and written communication, as well as creating PowerPoint presentations

• Advanced skills in Power BI is a plus

• Interested in project management

• Skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders

• Enjoy working closely with business teams and collaborating with different departments!
