West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Le Nouvion-en-Thiérache is seeking an Inventory Specialist apprentice to support cycle counts and collaborate with our warehouse, QA, and production teams.

You will monitor inventories in SAP, assist with the Chandler warehouse transition, and help keep stock on hand while ensuring space for production.

This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to grow within a global health-care company.

Qualifications

• No minimum work experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is aPlus.

Responsabilités

• Support the cycle counting process and report results to Cost Accounting.
• Promote positive team communication between warehouse, production and pack out teams to improve accuracy.
• Monitor inventories vs production needs during the Chandler warehouse transition and help maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with Quality to improve QA Hold item communications for audits.
• Assist in resolving MRP and inventory/planning discrepancies.
• Provide a customer service attitude to internal and external customers while meeting production and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and environment at all times.
