Qualifications

• Education: Two-year post-secondary degree (BTS or business school) or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in procurement, warehouse management, stock management, inventory control, consumables organization, and order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 quality requirements.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.
• Training in chemical handling and operation of electric pallet trucks would be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, autonomy, and proactivity.
• Strong collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach when supporting internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of laboratory supplies, consumables, and equipment.
• Manage stock levels and inventories to ensure resource availability and anticipate requirements.
• Organize shipments and track equipment undergoing repair.
• Respond to ad hoc requests to move equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements related to the storage of hazardous products and waste management.
• Manage the procurement process, from creating purchase requisitions through to supplier payment using SAP and related tools.
• Monitor orders and coordinate communication with suppliers.
• Contribute to resolving any disputes.
• Participate in optimizing logistics processes and costs.
