West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an inventory specialist apprentice in Le Nouvion-en-Thiérache to support cycle counting, QA hold placement, and accurate SAP location updates, coordinating with warehouse, cost accounting and production teams.

You will help transition to the Chandler warehouse, monitor stocks against production needs, follow SOPs, and uphold safety and quality policies while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant SAP experience.

Responsabilités

• Support cycle counting and report results to Cost Accounting to avoid year-end counts.
• Promote effective communication between warehouse, production and pack out teams to improve inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventories versus production needs during transition to Chandler warehouse; ensure stock to support production.
• Work with Quality to implement robust QA Hold communication processes for audits and compliance.
• Assist in resolving MRP and inventory/planning discrepancies; uphold safety and quality policies.
