Sensient Technologies in Illkirch-Graffenstaden seeks a quality and warehousing specialist for raw materials. Qualifications

• Business fluency in French and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of inventory or quality discrepancies working to GMP standards.
• Knowledge and experience of raw material handling, sampling processes, and quality control procedures.
• Numerical/data entry and report writing experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming raw materials at the Fuchs site and verify documentation and batch metadata.
• Catalogue and confirm raw materials availability in the ERP system and release batches.
• Prepare and dispatch samples for R&D teams and perform aseptic sampling as needed.
• Provide on-site quality support at the warehouse and verify inventory records for accuracy.
• Work with warehouse operations to minimize disruptions and perform cycle counting.
• Coordinate shipment of samples to external labs and support product returns QC.
• Check materials for customer complaints and out-of-spec investigations.
