West Pharmaceutical Services in Le Nouvion-en-Thiérache, Hauts-de-France, is seeking an inventory specialist to join our warehouse and cost accounting teams. You will assist cycle counts, monitor QA holds in SAP, and support production with accurate stock data to avoid disruptions.

Rated for high‑quality accuracy, you will collaborate with QA, production and supply chain to ensure timely, compliant inventory management while upholding safety and Lean Sigma practices across our on‑site facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• No minimum experience required.
• Experience with SAP/S/4HANA is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support the cycle counting process and report results to Cost Accounting to avoid a year-end physical count.
• Promote and develop positive team communication between warehouse, production and pack out teams to improve inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventories versus production needs and assist the Supply Chain team to maintain stock on hand for production on site.
• Work with Quality to develop a robust process for communicating QA Hold items and improve accuracy for audits.
• Assist in resolving MRP and inventory/planning discrepancies.
• Provide a customer-service attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and comply with all safety rules.
