Job summary

Pigment is seeking a regional Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert to drive growth in SCP opportunities across strategic accounts. You will engage senior supply chain leaders, frame SCP solutions, and enable partners to co-sell Pigment’s offerings.

The role requires 7+ years in supply chain sales, deep SCP platform knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise deals with a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a dedicated supply chain specialist, overlay, or field sales capacity.
• Proven success selling or enabling the sale of SCP solutions and driving revenue.
• Hands-on experience with leading SCP platforms such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan.
• Deep experience selling into CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Proven collaboration with Field Sales and Partner teams to generate and close revenue.
• Comfortable presenting to VP and C-level supply chain leaders.
• Ability to shape deal strategy and move opportunities through complex sales cycles.
• Derives satisfaction from enabling others to succeed.
• Self-starting and proactive in building pipeline in fast-paced environments.
• Thrive in team-oriented settings with shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to map supply chain stakeholders and identify SCP opportunities.
• Lead SCP strategy sessions and prioritize accounts with high SCP potential.
• Act as domain authority on SCP pursuits and engage senior buyers.
• Train and enable partners to co-sell Pigment’s SCP solutions.
• Differentiate Pigment from competitors in SCP discussions.
• Drive SCP pipeline and maintain forecast visibility for SCP opportunities.
• Define SCP success criteria and support PoV scoping with Solutions Consultants.
• Contribute to shared targets with the supply chain team.
