Resource Group - Recruitment seeks a hands-on supply chain specialist for a temporary project based in Switzerland starting in October 2026. You will analyse demand, supply and inventory performance, and drive improvements in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, and replenishment.

You will review logistics, warehousing and distribution, support procurement and supplier management, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement projects and track progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations or Consulting.
• Strong planning, inventory and logistics knowledge; strategic sourcing.
• Advanced English language; strong analytical and stakeholder management.
• EU passport and ability to work temporarily on a project.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations or Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of planning, inventory management, logistics and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a temporary/project-based environment.
• Previous experience in aviation, aerospace or MRO is highly desirable.
• European passport
• An advanced level of English is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, OMP or similar tools would be advantageous.
