Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in transformation, deep ERP/SAP experience, and a strong consulting background. Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus. Travel internationally is required.

Grant Alexander, recruitment consultancy, is hiring on behalf of a global leader in consulting and technology services for a Global Supply Chain Director to lead the development of their new global Center of Excellence in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Asset Management.

Your responsibilities

• Shape and lead large-scale Supply Chain Transformation opportunities.
• Advise C-level clients on supply chain strategy and technology.
• Design and architect complex supply chain programmes and solutions.
• Develop go-to-market propositions and innovative solutions for the CoE.
• Lead, mentor and develop a global network of supply chain specialists.
• Collaborate with consulting, industry, technology and sales teams across Europe and North America.
• Drive business development and strengthen relationships within the supply chain ecosystem.

Your profile

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning and planning solution implementation.
• Proven experience with Planning for Retail/Manufacturing, Space Planning, Category Management.
• Solid understanding of integration with ERP environments, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP IBP, Manhattan Active, WMS/TMS is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand forecasting, inventory management, S&OP, supply planning).
• Experience in Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Consumer Products or Retail.
• Strong consulting, solutioning and delivery background on complex transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and C-level presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience in deal shaping or business development.
• Established relationships within the supply chain technology and partner ecosystem.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Business, IT or related field.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a multicultural environment.
