HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Transforming supply chains from strategy to implementation.

You’ll help clients solvecomplex supply chain challengesacross planning, S&OP, logistics, inventory management, network design and resilience. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll develop and implement practical strategies that strengthen supply chain performance and createsustainable business value.

Diverse and engaging projects.

You’ll work on a broad range of projects across industries and geographies, supporting leading organizationsin transforming their supply chains. As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute toimportant initiativeswhile gaining exposure to both local and international markets.

Collaborative consulting.

You’ll manage diverse external and internal stakeholders and work closely withkey contactsat our clients and BCG. You’ll guidetransformation initiatives, lead executive presentations, and help clients translate recommendations into measurable results.

Cross-industry development.

Your expertise will contribute to internal knowledge development andthought leadershipwithin our Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence. You’ll help shape methodologies,share best practices, and strengthen our capabilities across multiple SCM domains.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

University degreewith strong academic results (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, or PhD).

3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management, gained through consulting and/or industry roles.

Your background may include supply chain transformation, operations improvement, or leadership positions such as Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Head of Supply Chain.

You bring expertise in at least one core SCM domain, such as S&OP, planning, logistics, inventory management, network design, supply chain resilience, digital supply chain, or end-to-end supply chain transformation.

You have demonstratedstrong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, the ability tostructure and solve complex operational challenges, and a track record of delivering impactful results in demanding environments.

Business fluency in bothFrench and English.
