Jobtailor is seeking a senior supply chain professional in France to define a 5-year strategy for group-wide procurement. You will design governance across multiple countries, map critical spare-parts suppliers, and lead the rollout of centralized ERP-driven processes.

Responsibilities include establishing a Group Framework, negotiating with Tier 1 suppliers, and deploying a European spare parts warehouse. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Master’s degree requirements and business/engineering background.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in critical infrastructure, manufacturing, or data centers.
Strong understanding of contract law, sourcing strategies, TCO, and risk management.
Experience with ERP/CMMS/SRM systems and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
Fluent English with additional European languages a plus.

Define and implement the 5-Year Supply Chain Strategy aligned with group priorities (CAPEX, OPEX, ESG, risk).
Analyse spare-parts spend from CAPEX and OPEX perspectives.
Design the target operating model and governance across countries.
Consolidate critical spare-parts supplier maps by category.
Establish a Group Supply Chain Framework with policies, templates, and KPIs/SLA structures.
Ensure global traceability and digital visibility of workflows.
Lead transition from local to framework contracts for spare-parts.
Negotiate and implement Group Framework Agreements with Tier 1 suppliers.
Design and deploy a centralized European Spare Parts Warehouse.
Develop and maintain a Supply Chain Risk Matrix addressing sourcing and logistics.

Define and implement the 5‑Year Supply Chain Strategy, ensuring alignment with group priorities on CAPEX, OPEX, ESG, and Risk.
Analyse spare-parts spend from both CAPEX and OPEX perspective (capital/insurance spares vs. consumable parts).
Design the target operating model (Centralized–Hybrid–Local) and clarify governance and accountability across countries.
Consolidate the map of critical spare-parts suppliers by category (Facility, Energy, Maintenance).
Establish a Group Supply Chain Framework, including policies, templates, vendor qualification models, and KPI/SLA structures.
Ensure global traceability and digital visibility of all supply chain workflows.
Lead the transition from local to framework contracts for operational spare-parts categories.
Negotiate and implement Group Framework Agreements with Tier 1 suppliers.
Design and deploy a Centralized and Automated European Spare Parts Warehouse.
Develop and maintain a Supply Chain Risk Matrix addressing sourcing, logistics, and supplier dependency risks.

Requirements

Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within critical infrastructure, manufacturing, or data centers.
Strong understanding of contract law, sourcing strategies, TCO, and risk management.
Experience with ERP/CMMS/SRM systems and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
Fluent English (French, Italian, or Spanish considered a plus).
