EKXEL IT Services & Financial Engineering seeks an experienced Business Analyst for SAP SuccessFactors to design and implement SAP SF solutions for customers. You translate business requirements into functional specifications and define efficient solutions aligned with the customer’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, HR, Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in business or IT integration.
• Knowledge of SAP SF modules: Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Succession, Recruiting & Onboarding.
• Experience designing integrations for SuccessFactors, including workshops, mapping, testing and deployment.
• Experience building integrations with CPI and data integration for HRIS.

Role and mission

As all around and experienced Business Analyst on SAP SuccessFactors (SF), you are responsible for designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our customers. Your main tasks will include:

• Translating business requirements into functional specifications;
• Defining creative and efficient solutions that are aligned with the customer’s strategy and vision;
• Advising clients on human capital processes in SAP SF
• Supporting the delivery of projects using SAP SF as a technology enabler;
• Assisting in the development of pre-sales activities in new solutions like SuccessFactors and SAP Hana Cloud Platform

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Engineer or equivalent;
• You have a minimum of 6 years relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience in business or IT integration;
• You have good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors in several of the following modules: Employee Central and performance management, learning , succession development and recruiting / on-boarding;
• You have experience in designing integrations (including design workshops, mapping, testing and deploying) for SuccessFactors;
• You have experience in building integrations with CPI - SAP Cloud Platform Integrations;
• You have strong technical understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and the ability to manage the integration / interfaces with legacies;
• You have good knowledge of data integration and process integration regarding HRIS;
• You have excellent communication skills (both written and orally) in French or EnglishGerman, and English;
