AVENTA is seeking a Personnel Coordinator to support a major Subsea project. The role is based in Paris and covers the full personnel mobilisation cycle, from immigration formalities to crew change coordination, in close collaboration with the project's operations team.

You will manage movements, visa and travel arrangements, and on-site transport, ensuring alignment with project schedules and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or operations on Subsea projects.
• Experience managing personnel/crew movements, ideally on Subsea projects.
• Comfortable coordinating visa, travel and accommodation logistics across multiple stakeholders.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Fluent English required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage personnel movements before and during the project execution phase
• Handle immigration and visa formalities for mobilised personnel
• Book hotels and flights for personnel travel, in line with project procedures
• Organise ground transport arrangements for personnel on the project
• Manage crew change logistics, coordinating rotations in line with the project schedule
• Liaise with the operational team to align personnel planning with project needs
• Maintain accurate tracking of personnel movements and travel documentation
