Target is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, delivering an energetic, fashion-forward shopping experience. The role emphasizes guest service, visual merchandising, and strong operations.

You will work with teammates to keep shelves stocked and accurately priced, while delivering outstanding customer care. Training will cover product knowledge, store tools, and safety practices with opportunities for growth within retail.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and clear signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and floor space through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
