Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our store team. You will support guests with product discovery, maintain floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing and signage while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

In this fast-paced role you will handle guest interactions, assist with stock replenishment, merchandise presentation, and supporting checkout and fitting room functions. Flexibility with hours and a positive, compliant attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and in-store experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Leverage store tools to analyze sales and inventory.
• Move freight to the sales floor and update backstock as needed.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides for customer experience.
