Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Stay knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merch in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability with priority and manual fills.
• Execute backroom organization and replenishment to support guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to inspire shoppers.
• Support price changes and signing execution as needed.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merch to salesfloor throughout the day.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance policies at all times.
