Target is seeking a Style Consultant to engage guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a high-energy, style-driven guest experience. You will keep the floor stocked, accurately priced, and visually compelling to help guests discover products and complete their purchases.

The role emphasizes strong operations, guest service, and learning about assortment and brand offerings. You will work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service fundamentals and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales, inventory, and brand offerings to help guests.
• Sort freight to the floor and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides for guest experience.
• Maintain a full floor by prioritizing fills and replenishment.
• Keep backroom organized for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise displays to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing execution.
• Refresh fitting rooms to welcome guests and inspire purchases.
• Assist with guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup.
• Always follow safety policies and document hazards.
