Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, drive sales, and maintain an organized, visually appealing selling floor. You will assist guests in finding products, support replenishment, and execute merchandising plans while staying knowledgeable about our brand offerings.

You will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with teammates and using store tools to meet guest needs. Training is provided, and the role includes opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
Effective communication skills.
Work both independently and with a team.
Resolve guest questions quickly.
Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsabilités

Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signed signage.
Analyze sales and inventory using store tools to support guest needs.
Sort freight and locate merchandise in backroom per business needs.
Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising.
Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
