Mistral is seeking an experienced product leader to own the strategy and shape Studio for enterprise AI builders. You will define how enterprises observe AI behavior, run complex workflows, version assets, and deploy safely across hybrid environments.

You will lead a team of PMs, coordinate with engineering and GTM, and drive the roadmap from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management for enterprise customers and AI/ML fluency
• Proven people leadership with senior PMs and operating cadences
• Experience launching and scaling technical platform products

Responsabilités

• Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy and annual goals for Studio.
• Build the Studio PM organization: hire PMs, set cadence, develop growth paths.
• Partner with engineering to scope, sequence and deliver value while balancing short-term wins and long-term bets.
• Drive strategic customer discovery with PMs.
• Collaborate on positioning, pricing, packaging, launch plans and adoption strategies.
• Ensure a unified customer journey across functions.
