Mistral.ai in Paris is seeking a Product Manager for the Studio team. You will define and execute the product strategy for one of our squads : Workflows, Observability, AI Registry & Spaces, Harness & Agent Platform, APIs & SDKs, and more.

This role exists to help enterprises build, evaluate, and operate AI systems reliably, safely, and at scale, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions. Your squad will focus on a specific area directly impacting how enterprises deploy and manage AI

Qualifications

• Experience with AI products, including ML models, and understanding of trade-offs.
• Experience launching and scaling products, especially in early-stage environments.
• Commitment to solving real user problems using data and qualitative insights.
• Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving.
• Strong communication skills for executives, teams and users.
• Comfort in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Self-directed, taking initiative to navigate uncertainties and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a clear product strategy for AI tools, aligned with goals.
• Lead market and user research to uncover unmet needs and trends.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Partner with design and research to create effective user experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for pricing and positioning.
