Mistral Paris HQ is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the Studio product strategy. You will be integrated into a squad (Observability, API & developer experience, Workflows, Connectors, etc.) and define how enterprises move from prompts to production with observability and governance.

Location: Paris. You will lead end-to-end product development, balance speed and quality, and partner with design and research to craft high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• Product Management: 5+ years in new, competitive, fast-paced environments.
• Technical skills: Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs or ML-driven products; partner with engineering teams.
• User obsession: Relentless focus on solving real user problems with data and qualitative insights.
• Cross-functional influence: Ability to align engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
• Problem-solving: Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem solving; able to craft roadmaps and metrics.
• Communication: Clear storytelling for executives, teams, and users in docs, decks, or whiteboards.
