Mistral.ai is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy and evolution of Studio, our AI platform for enterprises. You will shape the product vision, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure the platform delivers value at scale across hybrid and self-hosted environments.

You will lead a team of PMs, partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to balance quick wins with long-term platform bets, and guide go-to-market activities to drive adoption and impact in enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management for enterprise customers, with AI/ML fluency.
• Proven leadership: built teams, set cadences and growth paths.
• Experience launching and scaling technical platform products.

Responsabilités

• Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for Studio.
• Build and lead the Studio PM organization, hire PMs, and establish operating cadences.
• Partner with engineering for roadmaps, sequencing, and delivering value to customers.
• Drive strategic customer discovery under your responsibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing for positioning, pricing, and adoption plans.
• Align cross-functional teams to create a unified customer journey.
