Ideal candidates are nursing students in accredited programs, in junior or senior year, and CPR-certified. The position emphasizes infection control, sterile technique, and compassionate patient assistance.

Qualifications

• Student in an accredited nursing education program; junior or senior year status.
• CPR required; RN license not yet held by student.
• Evidence of fundamental clinical skills through program coursework.

Responsabilités

• Performs a wide variety of patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Assists with age-appropriate patient care and comfort.
• Documents vitals, intake/output, and patient data accurately.
• Maintains infection control and safe patient handling procedures.
• Assists with nursing history taking and plan of care updates.
• Performs basic dressing changes and uses sterile technique.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintains patient records clearly and promptly.
