The Lex Fellowshipisan experiential education program designed for pre-Law students, connecting students across the US with legal professionals in Europe, and in the US. Fellows visit legal entities of various sizes andspecialities, as well as receive Legal Training Sessions from a Legal Associate, and take part in cultural activities. These programs foster cross-cultural exchange, broaden academic perspectives, and equip students to pursue their legal aspirations with passion and purpose.
In addition to Lex, our organization runs similar educational programs under the name of Beacon and Atlantis Service Research Projects for pre-medical and/or pre-business students toparticipatein a consultancy project for a host healthcare or business organization, whilst led and mentored by an experienced consultant Project Leader. The mission of these programs is to better equip studentsintheir career choices and university applications, be it in the healthcare or business fields.
Depending on location and programs’ availability, some candidates will be offered a City Manager role in one of these programs, in which case further information will be provided during or after the application process.

The Student Coordinator position is part of the Lex team and allows you to have the unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Lex’s mission while also working within the broader CEA CAPA community.
The Student Coordinator is the driving force behind our programs, ensuring seamless in-country implementation of program activities and exceptional student experience. They manage dailylogistics, swiftly address any safety concerns, and empower students to fully embrace their experience.
You will be working as a team with the Legal Associate (typically someone with a US JD background whois responsible for the educational aspect of the program) in your assigned program location.
This position is a seasonal, full-time, contract position with a pre-established start and end date. It is required that candidatesareable toattend a4-dayonline training, plus a13dayin-person training in Italy, prior to the program start date (dates below).

During Program:
This is a full-time position, as standard is Monday to Friday. However, we will require candidates to have flexibility in working hours and days, and some weekend work will berequired.
Programs run from May to August2026. The City Manager will also take part in a 4 day online, and 13-day Project Planning Course that will take place in mid-April in Italy. The position isa contractor position.
