A European organization based in Occitanie, Toulouse, is seeking a Legal Analyst intern. This role involves drafting legal documents, researching French law, and managing a digital legal database. Ideal candidates are law students (Licence 3 or Master 1) with strong writing skills. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, the Legal Analyst focuses on the operational side of French Law. This role is dedicated to the production of legal documents, research notes, and the maintenance of the organization’s contractual library.

Responsibilities

• Preparing drafts of partnerships, NDAs, and service contracts under supervision.
• Monitoring updates to the Journal Officiel regarding associations and rural codes.
• Managing the digital legal database of the EFPRP.

Must Have

• Law student (Licence 3 or Master 1) with strong writing skills.

Nice to have

• A perfectionist approach to syntax and legal terminology.
