LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Paris is seeking an Apprentice Product Portfolio & Communications Project Manager to join a cross-functional team. You will help strengthen portfolio messaging, product branding, and enablement across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer-Facing teams.

You'll gain exposure to go-to-market strategy, customer insights, and portfolio planning while pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, Technology, or Finance.
• Interest in financial services, compliance, enterprise software, or B2B technology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Support portfolio messaging and communications for internal client-facing teams.
• Help translate Product Management updates, roadmap themes, customer insights, and product value propositions into practical materials.
• Support the preparation and execution plans for key portfolio initiatives, product updates, and enablement activities.
• Work with Marketing and Market Planning to align messaging with go-to-market narratives.
• Organize inputs from Product Management into structured messaging frameworks and content.

About the role

At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Market Planning, Sales, and Customer-Facing teams to help strengthen portfolio communications, product messaging, and internal enablement initiatives.

You will gain exposure to product management best practices, go-to-market strategy, customer insights, and portfolio planning within a leading global provider of data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Messaging and Communication

• Support the development of clear and consistent portfolio messaging for internal client-facing teams, including Sales, Presales, Professional Services, and other enablement teams.
• Help translate Product Management updates, roadmap themes, customer insights, and product value propositions into practical communication materials that are easy for client-facing teams to understand and use.
• Support the preparation and execution plans for key portfolio initiatives, product updates, client advisory sessions, sales enablement activities, and market-facing priorities.

Partnership with Marketing and Market Planning

• Work in partnership with Marketing and Market Planning teams to align product portfolio messaging with broader go-to-market narratives, market priorities, and customer-facing themes.
• Help gather inputs from Product Management teams and organize them into structured messaging frameworks, campaign inputs, and enablement-ready content.
• Help review customer NPS survey results and build a clear view and recommendations to Product Management teams

Product Management Ways of Working

• Help document, promote, and continuously improve best practices for Product Management ways of working, including communication routines, planning practices, portfolio updates, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support internal initiatives that improve visibility, consistency, and collaboration across Product Management teams.
• Contribute to templates, trackers, and guidance documents that help Product Managers communicate more effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve information flow, and support more consistent engagement with internal client-facing communities.
  

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
• Interest in product management, portfolio management, go-to-market strategy, marketing, financial crime compliance, or B2B technology.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, professional materials.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort asking questions to understand business, customer, and product context.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure information, identify patterns, and summarize insights clearly.
  

Education to Qualify:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, Technology, Finance, or a related field. An interest in financial services, compliance, enterprise software, or B2B technology would be beneficial.
