Europcar is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Analyst intern in Paris to support strategic projects and organizational change. You will analyze processes, conduct data-driven research, gather requirements, and help develop business cases under mentorship.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports for leadership, and monitor progress against metrics, gaining exposure to transformation initiatives in a dynamic, international travel services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, management consulting, or process improvement roles is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Conduct data-driven research to support strategic decision-making and transformation efforts.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and perform gap analysis to uncover opportunities.
• Run statistical calculations and perform quantitative analysis to inform recommendations.
• Develop business cases outlining benefits, costs and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Support implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor metrics.
