Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy team. You will contribute to strategic and transformation projects, perform in-depth analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations across Functions and Countries in a multinational environment.

The role emphasizes market research, data-driven insights, and collaboration with project leaders, with strong focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Thinkcell for compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• A first experience of 2 years ideally in management consulting. Or 3 years of experience in a strategy or corporate development department.
• Master's Degree from Business school or an Engineering degree

Responsabilités

• Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
• Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance
• Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisiting operational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates definition)
• Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives.
• Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing, contribute to all initiatives in this area
• Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
