Europcar Mobility Group seeks a motivated Strategy Analyst to join the Strategy team in France. You will contribute to strategic and transformation projects, conducting in-depth analyses and delivering actionable recommendations while engaging with a network of Strategy contributors across Functions and Countries.

The role emphasizes market research, data analysis, and business modeling to support operating models and process redesign.

Qualifications

• A first experience of 2 years ideally in management consulting.
• Or 3 years of experience in a strategy or corporate development department.
• Master’s Degree from Business school or an Engineering degree.

Responsabilités

• Strategic analysis: conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Data analysis: analyze large datasets to derive insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
• Business modeling: support revisiting operational models including process and organization redesign and role mandates definition.
• Project management and delivery: contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or transformation projects and deliver work packages.
• Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
• Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
