Europcar Mobility Group in Paris and Madrid seeks a Market Controller and Function Controller to lead financial analysis across the country cluster. You will own P&L, balance sheet, cash flow insights and play a key business partner role with regional CFOs and country controllers.

The role combines budgeting, forecasting and a 5-year plan design with robust KPI tracking, risk assessment and process improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Strong ability to analyze P&L and balance sheet.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and KPI tracking.

Responsabilités

• Month-end closing – full P&L and balance sheet analysis with KPI review.
• Design, plan and communicate annual budget, forecast and 5-year plan.
• Act as business partner to regional CFOs and country heads.
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Lead reporting tools development and process improvements.
