EY-Parthenon in Paris is offering an internship within the EY SaT Renewables & Infrastructure team for January 2027, for six months. You will work closely with Partners, Directors and Analysts on live transactions and market research.

Qualifications

Student in the gap year or final year of a master’s degree in Business/Engineering or related field.
Previous internship experience in finance is preferred.
Strong financial and accounting analytical capabilities and a willingness to learn quickly.
Interest in Energy/Transportation sectors encouraged.
Strong work ethic, organisation and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

Track and evaluate companies and identify transaction opportunities.
Prepare industry and market analyses using major data sources.
Assist in preparing marketing materials such as pitch books and information memorandums.
Perform financial analysis including valuation and 3-statement modeling.
Support in drafting M&A strategy reports (investment strategy, market entry).
