Ernst & Young in France is offering an Internship with EY Strategy and Transactions, Renewables & Infrastructure, starting January 2027 for six months. You will join a growing team focused on infrastructure deals, energy and mobility projects, and strategic advisory mandates.

You will assist in market and industry research, prepare marketing materials, perform financial analysis (DCF, comps) and support M&A strategy reports, reporting to Partners, Directors, VPs, Associates and Analysts.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in a gap year or final year of a master’s program in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Previous internship in finance is required.
• Interest in Energy/Transportation sectors.
• Strong financial and accounting analytical capabilities and ability to learn quickly.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Track and evaluate companies and identify transaction opportunities.
• Research industry and market analysis using major data sources.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and information memos.
• Perform financial analysis including valuation and 3-statement analysis.
• Support in M&A strategy reports and market entry strategies.
