AI Digital is seeking an experienced Digital Media Planner lead to transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans. You will lead development of Tier 1 proposals and optimize planning across emerging tactics, while driving cross-functional initiatives within the planning function.

You will coach mid and junior planners and deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership. Strong English (B2-C2) is required for client communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital media planning.
• 1–2 years mentoring or team support.
• Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across 2+ ad platforms.
• Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems.
• Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred).
• English proficiency: B2–C2; ability to communicate in verbal and written English.

Responsabilités

• Transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans.
• Lead the development of Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals.
• Apply and optimize planning for non-standard, experimental, or emerging tactics.
