Job summary

papernest recherche un stagiaire de fin d’études en ingénierie ou business pour rejoindre l’équipe BI à Paris. Vous réalisez des analyses et participez à l’amélioration du BI avec les équipes Data/Tech.

Vous parlez français et anglais et bénéficierez d’une rémunération mensuelle compétitive entre 1 000 € et 1 300 €, avec 1 jour de télétravail par semaine et des avantages liés au transport et aux repas dans un cadre international et inclusif.

Qualifications

• Vous êtes étudiant(e) dans une grande école d’ingénierie ou de commerce et cherchez un stage de fin d’études.
• Vous disposez d’une forte capacité analytique (Excel n’a pas de secret pour vous) et vous intéressez aux outils data tels que Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
• Rigoureux et bien organisé.
• Autonome et rapide pour apprendre.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des analyses stratégiques liées à la roadmap de développement business (acquisition client, achats, pricing, etc).
• Effectuer des modélisations approfondies et des analyses ad‑hoc.
• Suivre et améliorer la performance du business: reporting, dashboarding et contrôle des indicateurs financiers et opérationnels.
• Construire, mettre à jour et suivre le business plan.
• Améliorer en continu notre BI en coordonnant avec les équipes Data/Tech pour assurer la cohérence et l’exhaustivité des données.

In this role you will:

Your responsibilities:

• Carry out strategic analyses related to the business development roadmap, e.g. customer acquisition strategy, purchasing strategy, pricing strategy, etc.

• Conduct in-depth modelling and ad-hoc analyses.

• Take part in monitoring, driving and improving the performance of the business: Reporting, dashboarding, and monitoring of financial and operational performance.

• Building, updating and monitoring the business plan.

• Continuously improving our BI in coordination with the Data/Tech teams to ensure data consistency and completeness

Your profile:

• You are studying at a top engineering or business school and are looking for your final-year internship.

• You have strong analytical skills (Excel holds no secrets for you) and a strong interest in data tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.

• Rigorous and well-organized.

• Autonomous and a fast learner.

• You speak French and English.

• Interview and business case with Olivier, your future manager (1h30 interview + 2 hour business case)
