papernest in Paris is offering an internship to join a fast-growing scale-up. You will help launch and scale two new offerings from scratch while improving operations and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a business or engineering degree, strong analytical and teamwork skills, and fluency in French and English. The role includes remote work one day per week and a competitive monthly internship compensation.

Qualifications

• Degree from a business or engineering school.
• Initial experience in project management and/or operations, ideally within a startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Autonomous and rigorous with good teamwork.

Responsabilités

• You will be responsible for a portion of the operations.
• You will contribute to delivering the best customer experience on the market.
• You will analyze performance and identify growth drivers.
• You will be at the heart of the strategy for a flagship papernest project.
• You will lead the launch and scaling of two new offerings, starting from scratch.
