You will work closely with the founders, assisting in day-to-day activities and user research. Ideal candidates are proactive, fluent in French and English, and passionate beyond work. Qualifications

• Completed at least one prior internship, ideally in tech, VC, or strategy consulting.
• Dynamic, action-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Deeply passionate about something besides work.

Responsabilités

• Support founders in day-to-day activities and participate in strategic conversations.
• Contribute to Raison’s multi-channel go-to-market strategy.
• Assist founders in meetings with design partners for onboarding and support.
• Collect feedback on user analytics and shape product roadmap.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across the company.
