Job summary

Welcome to the Jungle is seeking a 6-month Strategy & Operations intern to join the CEO Office. You’ll be the right hand of the Chief of Staff, helping turn strategic ideas into execution and preparing materials for the Exec Team and Board discussions.

You’ll work with a small team across strategy, operations and data, supporting governance rituals, analyses, performance reporting, and project execution. Fluency in French and English is valued.

Qualifications

• Student seeking a 6-month internship in Strategy & Operations.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Exec Team, Leadership Team, Board meetings: structure agendas and materials.
• Track key decisions and follow up with owners.
• Coordinate All Hands: agenda, content, rehearsals, run of show.
• Run focused analyses and benchmarks and turn results into concise recommendations.
• Help implement performance dashboards and monthly company reporting.
• Translate 2027–2028 strategy into priorities, owners and milestones, and track rollout.
