Job summary

Zefir is seeking a highly organized, analytically minded intern to join its Paris office for a 6-month program starting in October 2026. You will help scale internal processes, craft visual assets for company rituals, and drive cross-functional projects aligned with strategic priorities.

Fluency in English and French, and the ability to present clearly, are essential. You will work with HR, Legal, and Finance to support executive communications and prepare board-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree from a top-tier school.
• Experience in VC, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or Ops is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation synthesis skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Scale infrastructure and company rhythm; prepare visual assets for leadership milestones.
• Own KPI dashboards and provide clear visibility to the CEO.
• Drive end-to-end cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.
• Support HR, Legal, and Finance with analytics and board materials.
• Design internal communications and assist CEO with key messages.
