Homa in Paris invites applications for a 6-month internship, working directly with C-levels on confidential topics. You will own missions from the first question to the final result with tight deadlines, onsite at our Paris office.

A convention de stage is required, and apprenticeships are welcome. You will gain a 360° view of Homa, building analytical, project management, and communication skills, with increasing responsibilities under executive guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
• The ability to switch between very different topics in the same week.
• A prior internship in consulting, a startup, tech, or gaming is a plus.
• Current studies in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Prepare decisions by structuring problems and gathering facts for quick leadership decisions.
• Analyze with market research, benchmarks, and financial or quantitative analyses on strategic topics.
• Drive executive priorities by turning decisions into action plans and ensuring execution across teams.
• Automate workflows using AI to speed up research, reporting, and meetings.
• Handle special projects such as new market opportunities or partnerships.
• Turn work into short, sharp recommendations that leaders can act on.
