Homa Games in Paris is offering a 6-month internship to work directly with C-levels as their right hand on key, confidential topics. You’ll own missions from the first question to the final result, with tight deadlines and onsite collaboration at our Paris office.

You’ll gain a 360° view of the business, grow in analytics, project management, and communication, and take on increasing responsibility under executive mentorship. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• SQL is a plus.
• Current studies in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Prepare decisions. Structure problems, gather facts, and build the analysis the C-level team needs to decide quickly.
• Analyze. Run market research, competitive benchmarks, and financial or quantitative analyses on strategic topics.
• Drive executive priorities. Turn leadership decisions into action plans, follow up across teams, and ensure execution.
• Automate. Use AI to speed up executive workflows, from research and reporting to meeting preparation.
• Special projects. Take on high-stakes missions as they come up, such as new market opportunities or internal transformations.
• Recommend. Turn your work into short, sharp recommendations leaders can act on.
