Job summary

Technip Energies seeks a Strategy Manager to join its Corporate Strategy team in Nanterre. You will shape medium- and long-term direction, lead strategic projects, and partner with senior leaders to drive value creation across markets and technologies.

The role combines rigorous analysis with executive exposure, advancing strategic maturity and capabilities in a global industrial leader on the energy transition journey.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, corporate development or related fields in energy, engineering or industrials.
• Strong knowledge of the energy value chain and related markets.
• Proven track record leading strategy, M&A or transformation projects.
• Advanced financial modelling and market sizing skills.
• Experience in operating model design and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects and define markets where to play.
• Develop and deepen strategic choices including business model and value creation.
• Deliver fact-based recommendations supported by quantitative analysis.
• Conduct market and competitive assessments and translate into operating model implications.
• Support strategic cycles, board discussions, and capital allocation decisions.
• Manage and develop a team within a global multinational.
