Job summary

Hager Group’s Energy Management BU is seeking a Transformation Manager to guide the organization’s integration and evolution. You will shape the future operating model, align stakeholders and drive strategic transformation initiatives across multiple entities.

Based in France or Germany, you will partner with senior leadership to build the transformation roadmap, monitor progress and ensure delivery of key objectives in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in transformation, program management or business change initiatives.
• Understanding governance models, organizational design, and business transformation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into action.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
• Execution mindset with a track record of delivering results.
• Fluent in English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Energy Management organization.
• Build and drive transformation roadmap, priorities and governance framework.
• Align senior stakeholders and leadership around common goals and decisions.
• Support the integration of multiple entities into one cohesive organization.
• Drive execution, monitor progress and ensure delivery of key transformation objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and remove barriers to success.
