• Set up databases to support HOMs and BDMs planning.
• Research using existing databases and augment data as needed.
• Ensure databases are simple, usable, and auto-functional.
• Turn data into compelling, strategic slides and insights.
• Provide administrative support for strategic presentations.

We are currently seeking a Market Intel & Automation Specialist for a 12 months short term assignment , reporting directly to VP Commercial Market Strategy & New Initiatives to join our Commercial Market Strategy team based in Paris.

This role is pivotal in streamlining operations with automation/digital/AI, enhancing strategic decision-making, and ensuring effective communication of data insights across CS commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Automation

• Automate PowerBI boards to generate monthly reports and facilitate monthly meetings.
• Automate PowerBI boards for Board of Review (BOR) into presentation slides.
• Convert forms into a searchable database with icons for intelligence and marketing purposes.
• Execute other automation tasks as required.

Database Strategy Support

• Set up database information to support strategic decision-making for Heads of Marketing (HOMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Conduct research using existing databases and information, with the possibility of requiring additional data.
• Ensure databases are simple, usable, and automatically functional.
• Elevate database use to the next level for strategy setting, addressing the question: “But what does it mean?”
• Transform data into attractive and easy-to-communicate slides.
• Focus on actionable insights beyond mere data collation.
• Administrative tasks for strategic presentations.

Global Scope

• Support strategic initiatives across multiple markets, both existing and new.
• Collaborate with CS Head of Markets and Business Development Managers (BDMs) globally.
• Support client lists and commercial presentations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to understand managerial requirements, leverage data to support decision-making, and transform data into actionable insights that clearly communicate its significance.
• Expertise in workflow automation tools, including PowerBI & AI.
• Strong ability to convert complex data into user-friendly formats and actionable insights.
