Jobtailor is seeking a senior systems architect to define and oversee architectural decisions for complex solutions. You will balance stakeholder expectations with technical feasibility and cost, while guiding documentation and validation across the lifecycle.

You will lead a team, promote collaboration, and apply MBSE and IVVQ practices within an Agile framework to deliver integrated solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in systems architecture and systems engineering.
• Strong leadership with ability to grow a team and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Concept, Design, Experimentation and Simulation tools, plus modeling tools (MBSE).
• Experience with IVVQ and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Define and recommend architectures at a given level (solution or solution element).
• Balance stakeholder expectations, technical and cost considerations.
• Write associated documentation and validate lower-level characteristics.
• Support the solution development lifecycle and define the co-engineering approach.
• Manage the definition of specifications at the appropriate level throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the various Learning Moments of the ECCF.
