Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Three years of utility billing experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the Utility Billing department and three analysts.
• Manage customer information, service changes, meter change outs, and rate changes.
• Prepare and enter adjustments to utility accounts and service orders.
• Generate monthly bills, past due bills, and final bills.
• Collect readings from the automated meter server and perform corrections as needed.
• Prepare non-payment disconnect lists and other reports.
