Accor, a global leader in hospitality, invites you to join its Strategy & Transformation Office in Issy-les-Moulineaux as a Project Manager F/M/X within GPO (Astore). You will shape the Procurement operating model, drive cross‑functional programs, and deliver milestones with senior leadership.

You will work with Finance, Legal, Category Management and Digital teams, applying analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Master/MBA degree required.
• 2–4 years of consulting or strategic transformation experience.
• Experience in complex and international environments.
• Exposure to Procurement processes, operating models or organizational transformation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to break down complex problems.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to evolving the Procurement operating model, improving processes, and strengthening organizational alignment across the Group.
• Support Procurement transformation projects focused on operating model evolution, process improvement, and organizational alignment.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance meetings to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
• Develop high-quality executive presentations and decision papers for top management.
• Support adoption of new ways of working by collaborating with the change management lead (communication, training, rollout).
• Collaborate with Procurement teams (Finance, Legal, Category Management, Digital...) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
