Job summary

Accor is seeking a Transformation Strategy professional within the Group Purchasing Organization to shape the Procurement operating model at scale. You will lead end-to-end programs, drive governance, and align Global & Regional stakeholders across hubs worldwide in a truly international environment.

Reporting to the Strategy & Transformation Office, you will coach teams, manage change, and translate analyses into executive-ready recommendations supporting Accor’s transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or MBA is required.
• 6–8 years of experience in management consulting (procurement/operating model transformation) and corporate procurement in international environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, operating models and organizational design.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale corporate transformations, process optimization and governance design.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex challenges and design data-driven roadmaps.
• Process mapping and operational efficiency skills to support alignment.
• Leadership and influence to guide senior executives through major shifts.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Strategy and Prioritization: define and sequence transformation initiatives aligned to GPO’s strategic ambition.
• End-to-End Transformation Project Delivery: lead projects across operating model design, process improvements and organizational alignment.
• Change Management & Adoption: drive adoption with communication, training, and rollout activities; align senior stakeholders and develop teams.
