Job summary

Accor is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Office professional within the GPO to shape the Procurement operating model and oversee high-impact, cross-functional projects. You will work closely with Procurement leadership to deliver sustainable performance improvements across a global organization.

The role focuses on coordinating initiatives, running governance forums, and producing executive-ready papers.

Qualifications

• Academic background: Master / MBA.
• 2–4 years of experience in Consulting, Project Management and/or Procurement.
• Experience in complex and international environments.
• Exposure to Procurement processes, operating models or organizational transformation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to break down complex problems into pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to evolving the Procurement operating model and cross-functional alignment.
• Support transformation projects focusing on operating model evolution and process improvement.
• Coordinate project activities and monitor progress to hit milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance meetings for decision-making.
• Develop high-quality executive presentations and decision papers for top management.
• Support adoption of new ways of working with change management activities.
• Collaborate with Procurement teams to ensure aligned delivery of transformation initiatives.
