United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a product leader to own the roadmap for deploying core Physical AI capabilities. You will translate breakthroughs into customer-facing products and sit at the intersection of research, robotics engineering, and field deployment to inform decisions on what is ready for customer sites.

The role requires reading policy evaluations, discussing sim-to-real gaps, and guiding cross-functional teams across research, engineering, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping technical products with complex tradeoffs.
• Ability to read policy evaluations and discuss sim-to-real gaps.
• Strong field bias and prefer on-floor evaluation over whiteboard tests.
• Exceptional written communication to write specs and decision logs.
• Comfort operating with incomplete information in a fast-moving, pre-paradigm field.
• International expertise and connections.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap for deployment of core Physical AI capabilities.
• Translate research breakthroughs into deployable, customer-facing products.
• Define what is ready for a customer site by setting metrics and thresholds.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across distributed teams in research, engineering, and field operations.
• Supervise technical POCs and pilots for customers, partners, and internal projects.
• Collaborate with the robotics team on requirements (robot, data, privacy, infra).
